Shipping policy

ORDERS

When ordering from Inkandescent Arts, you are purchasing a piece(/s) of original art, signed and finished with varnish or resin. 

Once an artwork has been purchased, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

Under exceptional circumstances, we retain the right to cancel orders or to extend delivery times.

If additional information is necessary to fulfil your order, we also retain the right to request this information.

Inkandescent Arts does not accept commission requests at this time.

Any products purchased from Inkandescent Arts are for personal use only.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are based on the size, weight and price of each item along with the location selected for the shipping destination at checkout. All shipping rates include all packaging and handling costs.

Free shipping is available for mainland UK orders. 

If an order contains 2 or more pieces, each piece will be sent in individual packaging to maximise protection of the artworks. These delivery and packaging costs will be automatically added at the checkout stage once a delivery address has been entered.

We do not offer combined packaging or shipping costs currently.

Please ensure you have entered your delivery address details correctly before confirming a purchase. If an order is returned to us due to errors in your delivery address, an invoice will be issued via PayPal for the shipping costs for the correct delivery destination before the order can be shipped again. If a correct shipping address is not provided and the shipping costs are not paid, a refund will be issued for the price paid for the artwork/s and the item/s will be re-listed.

All pieces will be shipped within 7 working days and shipped via Royal Mail for UK, international and EU destinations.

On confirmation of shipping, the client will be sent a tracking number supplied by Inkandescent Arts or the courier service provider.

All artwork will be sent in a condition we see fit for sale. Photographic evidence of the condition of each piece of art is taken prior to shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs, import and/or VAT charges, if applicable.

INTERNATIONAL + EU ORDERS — CUSTOMS/VAT/DELIVERY DUTIES:

Customers are responsible for any delivery duty costs — customs, import and/or VAT charges — if applicable, when a package arrives in their destination country. Please check if these apply to you and what the cost may be according to your countries regulations before making a purchase. Inkandescent Arts has no control over these charges.


DELAYED POST

Postal delays may occur during busier times of the year such as Christmas, during which your order may take longer than anticipated to arrive.

For international orders, it can take up to 6 weeks for a parcel to clear customs (at certain times of the year). Tracking will remain at this point until the parcel has cleared customs and has become a part of the countries postal service they are shipping to. Once cleared, tracking will resume as normal.

In the event that a parcel has not arrived by the due delivery date, please email us within 7 days after your expected date of delivery.
